Terms & Conditions
General
These terms govern purchases from Aurum Atelier IKE, Skoufa 47, Kolonaki, 10673 Athens (AFM EL094218413, GEMI 130421501000). By placing an order you accept them.
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include Greek VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are set once, when a piece is finished, and we do not run sales or discounts. Ready-to-wear pieces are sold subject to availability; editions are limited and, once sold, are not remade.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment (or, for bespoke, the deposit) is received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal (up to €5,000) and bank transfer (preferred for orders above €5,000). Cash is accepted up to €500 in accordance with Greek law. We do not offer instalment plans.
For orders above €5,000 we may request identification on delivery, in accordance with our obligations as a dealer in high-value goods.
Bespoke commissions
Bespoke pieces are governed by our Bespoke-Commission Terms: a 40% deposit on engagement, 30% at wax sign-off, and 30% on delivery. The deposit becomes non-refundable after stone selection, the point at which we purchase your stone. Resizing is free within twelve months of delivery and at cost thereafter; lifetime cleaning and re-tipping are free for original clients.
Returns, shipping & care
Non-bespoke ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery under Greek consumer law, unworn and in original condition. Bespoke and engraved pieces are not returnable except for our manufacturing fault. All shipments are insured to full value and sent by secure courier with signature on delivery; the recipient must produce identification matching the order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer. For our handling of personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
